Thank you for shopping with us! We truly appreciate your support and hope you love your purchase. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges:
Exchanges Welcome
We gladly accept exchanges for non-defective items. If you’ve changed your mind or the item isn’t quite what you expected, no problem! Just contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, we’ll be happy to help you swap it for something that’s a better fit.
Returns for Refund? Not at This Time
We do not offer refunds for non-defective products. As a small business, each item is made and handled with care, and we rely on our customers to make thoughtful purchases. If you’re unsure about a product, feel free to reach out before placing your order—we’re always happy to answer questions.
If Something's Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right due to an error on our part—please reach out right away. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. A photo or two always helps us speed things up!
Shipping Costs
For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping to us, and we’ll cover the cost of sending out the new item.
